By using OffDays you agree to these short terms.

Estimates, not advice

Pay, tax and net amounts in OffDays are estimates based on the rules you enter and on public sources checked on the date shown in the app. They are not tax, legal or financial advice. Your payslip and your employer's or tax office's calculation are what count.

Holidays

Public holiday data comes from Nager.Date (MIT licence) and is updated with each version. Governments can change holidays; you can add or remove a holiday yourself.

Alarms

We work hard to make alarms reliable, but phones can stop apps to save battery. Follow the in-app instructions for your phone and keep a backup alarm for very important shifts. We are not liable for a missed alarm.

Pro

Pro is sold through Google Play as a one-time purchase or a yearly subscription. Refunds and cancellation follow Google Play's rules. You can manage the subscription in Google Play at any time.

Your data

Your data belongs to you and stays on your device. Keep a backup if it matters to you — we cannot restore what we never had.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
